Can I get a refund if I can no longer do the event?
City-Bay Fun Run do not offer standard refunds. However, there is an option to purchase optional refund protection during registration. This insurance allows you to claim a refund of your entry fee if you are unable to attend the event. A fee applies for this insurance, and it must be purchased during registration—requests to add it afterwards cannot be accepted. Without this insurance, entry fees are non-refundable. Can I transfer/roll over my registration to the next year?
Unfortunately, we do not offer registration rollovers to the following year. If you are unable to participate, your registration cannot be transferred to the next event.
